This is a manual to check if you are eligible for a tax refund before applying for a revised claim.

You can apply after checking your existing refund status on Hometax according to the procedure below, and if there is no record of a previous refund.

1. Documents proving family relationships
   1. Spouse: Includes marriage certificate, spouse's ID
   2. Children: Includes birth certificate, ID - If the child does not yet have an ID, it can be omitted.
2. Proof of no income for dependents

1. Go to Hometax, the tax management website of the Republic of Korea.  Hometax Login >

2. After accessing Hometax, press the ① Login button.

3. After logging in, select your personal authentication method.
