- Handling the Living Oven: Reading the fire and temperature of the wood-fired oven to bake the dough, and completing the pizza at the optimal moment. We handle the entire process of wood-fired pizza, from dough shaping and topping to baking.
- Your reliable kitchen hands and feet: We work together to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, handling everything from ingredient preparation and prepping to assisting with cooking pasta and sides, as well as plate setting, tidying up, and hygiene management.
