【 임금체계】
- 주 52시간(잔업 포함) 주/야 교대 공정 근무시 : 월 평균 약340만원 정도 (세전)
- 주 52시간(잔업 포함) 주간 근무 공정 근무시 : 월 평균 300만원 이상 (세전)
- 2026년 01월부터 전공정 주/야 교대 근무(2주 단위)
- 초보 시급: 10,700원(생산직 경력 인정은 동종,유사 업체, 기타 제조업 경력 차등 인정)
( 주간 2주 야간 2주씩 순환 근무)

- 생산라인 내 생산직(자동차 배터리 생산활동 등)

[지원자격]
- 학력, 경력, 무관
- 주/야 근무 교대 가능자
- 장기근속 가능자

【기타사항】
- 연장근로 및 야간근로수당 당연지급

- 3개월 수습기간(수습기간 평가를 통한 시급 인상 가능)
