[주요업무]
- 승강기 유지보수 및 고장점 해결
- 신규 설치 및 리모델링 프로젝트 관리
- 관련 법규 및 규정 준수 감독
- 현장 협력 업체 관리

[자격요건]
- 승강기 관련 경력 1년 이상 보유자
- 공공기관 현장 관리 경험자 우대
- 관련 기술과 자격증 보유자 (승강기)
- 좋은 의사소통 및 협력 능력

[우대사항]
- 자동차 운전 면허 소지자
- 적극적인 문제해결 능력
